Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on homestyx.com and explains where we ship, shipping costs, processing and delivery times, and related responsibilities.
1. Shipping Destination (United States Only)
We currently ship to shipping addresses within the United States. We do not ship to countries or regions outside the United States at this time.
2. Where We Ship From (Fulfillment Origin)
Homestyx is operated by Zhoukou Guilan Trading Co., Ltd. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our partner facilities in China. After the parcel arrives in the United States, final-mile delivery may be handled by local carriers.
3. Shipping Costs
* Orders under $150: Flat shipping fee of $15
* Orders $150 and above: Free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you place your order.
4. Order Cut-Off Time (CST)
* Orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST) begin processing the same day.
* Orders placed after 6:00 PM (CST) begin processing the next business day.
* Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
5. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends/holidays and unforeseen events).
6. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other factors outside our control.
7. Taxes, Duties & No Hidden Fees (Choose the statement that matches your actual fulfillment)
Displayed prices are final for U.S. orders. Any applicable taxes and import-related charges (if any) are covered by us, and you should not be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery. If you are charged any import fee at delivery, please contact us with proof of charge and we will assist promptly.
8. Tracking
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, we will provide tracking information when available.

9. Changes or Cancellations
* Before shipment: You may request an order change or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.
* After shipment: Shipments usually can’t be intercepted or canceled. Any additional costs caused by an interception request (if possible) will be the customer’s responsibility.
10. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, any related costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
11. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us promptly and provide supporting photos/videos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue based on the situation.
